Gateway to Cyber-infrastructure for Fusarium

The long-term goal of CiF is to build a community resource that supports the archiving, integration and utilization of data from diverse areas of Fusarium research, ranging from genomics, phylogenetics, and population genetics to epidemiology. Via a genome browser (Fig. 1), all Fusarium isolates archived in the isolate database (plus data associated with the isolates, such as host and geographic origins, mycotoxin profile, and VCG group) will be linked to the genome sequence of corresponding species and grouped based on their genotype at specific loci.
